Preparing Your Own Curry Powder From Home.

Curry powder is probably the best stew spice ever created. It contains almost all the ingredients that can be found in the most delicious foods. With these combinations, we assure your daily usage of this spice has great benefits such as staying young everyday, maintaining your skin tone, good health including many other amazing benefits. Today we will show you how to create your own curry that is far more beneficent that even those you find on your local supermarket.

Required ingredients to make curry powder. 

4 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander
2 teaspoon turmeric
1 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
1/2 teaspoon whole black peppercorn
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 teaspoon cardamon (without pods)
1/2 inch cinnamon stick
1/4 teaspoon cloves
1/4 teaspoon ginger

To get a fine curry, you must use a blender to grind. Take all these spices and blend them tor 2-3 minutes until they have all mixed up.

When they are ready you can now store them in a container in a cool dry place.

NB If you want more curry powder then you can increase the ratio of all the mentioned ingredients.

Again, this is a complete curry powder ingredient. If you compare with other ready made curry powder in the market, you'll notice they lack essential ingredients, others add sick ingredients such as citric acid and corn which turns the curry tasteless.
