How To Remove Bacteria From Your Kitchen With These Simple Steps
Being healthy means you eat healthy and stay healthy. Bearing
these two in mind, your kitchen should be first priority when it comes to
cleanliness. According to a report by University of Rochester, bacteria is
capable of spreading anywhere in the kitchen. It can spread from one place to
another without even you knowing it. This means bacteria can easily spread from
the garbage trash on your kitchen to your food. This can easily cause
food-borne disease.
The solution of this problem is to make sure that you keep
your kitchen clean always. The use of ingredients such as alcohol, baking soda,
vinegar and lemon can be used effectively to eradicate any bacteria that may
have found its way into your kitchen. With this DIYS, it means you need not to
have any professional cleaner to clean up your kitchen.
Here are some ingredients to use in cleaning your kitchen.
#1 Vinegar. Mix vinegar with water and store them in a spray
bottle. You may add essential oils like tea tree, cinnamon, lemon, orange,
eucalyptus and lavender among other to add fragrance. You can use wipes when
cleaning.
#2 Baking soda. In preparing baking soda cleaning agent, take
four small cups of hot water, add another cup of vinegar and 2 tablespoons of
baking soda. Use this mixture to clean up your kitchen. You may add lemon juice
and essential oil for fragrance.
#3 Alcohol. Mix equal quantity of alcohol and water. Add
some few drops of essential oil to clear the alcohol smell. You may add ¼ baking
soda. This mixture will work as natural disinfectant.
Disinfecting.
When disinfecting, make sure the place is clean of any dirt.
Disinfecting does not clean the surface but kills any bacteria that may be
found on the surface. Shake the disinfectant mixture well, spray the targeted
area and leave in for about 10 minutes then you clean up by wiping. Make sure
the wipe stays clean or else you will require to use multiple wipes. Microfibre
clothes work well for disinfecting.
