How To Prepare Beetroot Juice



Beetroot is a well known fruit for adding nutrients and vitamins into our bodies. According to research, beetroot is a good source of folate and iron. Also it is packed with powerful antioxidants. Beetroot can be eaten raw as salad, baked or you can prepare a juice with it. We are going to show you how to prepare a beetroot juice.

What you need
4 fresh beetroot fruits
1 ripe mango
A glass of water
Sugar syrup or honey
A blender
A siever

Preparation
Wash the beetroots. Peel carefully the outer cover, chop the beetroots into small cubes and keep it aside until use. Take the mango, peel it and chop it into small peaces.


Now take out your blender. Mix both the mango, beetroot cubes and water. Blend for 30 seconds. Add the sugar syrup or honey to the desired taste. Blend for another 30 seconds to make sure the mix has smoothed properly.

Now your juice is almost ready. Take out your clean siever. Sieve your juice to remove the pulp. Add some ice cubes to make it cold. If you find your juice is thick you can add more water. You can add extra honey to increase the taste.


NB Fresh beetroot juice has more nutrients, so you should drink it immediately after preparation.
