Shocking Benefits Of Cilantro aka Dhania To Skin and Health



For ages we have been using dhania as a mint flavour on our stews. The originality of this herb came from Southern Europe and Western Asia. Nowadays this herb is a must for any serious meal prepared. But what does this herb contain? According to research conducted by nutritionist from the West, this herb is rich of fiber, iron, and magnesium.
