4 DIYS Home Remedies To Bring Relief In Digestion

You have been invited to a friend’s party at 6pm in the evening, you promise to behave well but the chicken breast, barbeque, steaks and other juicy foods make you broke your promise. #1 Onion Juice. Prepare a ¼ cup of fresh onion juice with ¼ teaspoon of honey and ¼ teaspoon if black pepper. Mix the 3 ingredients and you are ready to roll on.

#2 Garlic. Cut a piece of a fresh garlic clove, add a pinch of baking soda and salt. Chew and swallow it.

#3 Pineapple Juice. Prepare a cup full of fresh pineapple juice. Add a pinch of ginger, black pepper and ½ teaspoon of organic sugar. Drink the concoction thrice a day.

#4 Lime Juice. Cut the lime into four equal portions. Squeeze one portion of the lime to a cup full of warm water . Add ¼ tea spoon of baking soda and start drinking it slowly.

Well, these are ingredients that can be found in our kitchen. They can be used as alternatives when you have been caught with ingestion.
